Signal Fest 2008, The Southeast Electronic Music Festival held Chapel Hill, NC. Video was shoot on location during the event to promote the event for grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, an independent federal agency supporting artists and arts organizations and bringing the arts to all Americans.
